Welcome to our online store. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Order Formation

1.1 Any order you submit through our online store constitutes an offer to purchase from us.

1.2 An order is only accepted, and a binding contract formed, when we issue an order confirmation email or arrange shipment.

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to: out-of-stock items, errors in pricing or product information, payment verification failure, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will refund the full amount paid.

2. Pricing & Payment

2.1 All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

2.2 Full payment must be made at checkout via the payment methods designated on our online store. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.

2.3 We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Delivery

3.1 Estimated delivery times are for reference only. Actual delivery may be delayed due to logistics, weather, traffic or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We will arrange delivery within a reasonable time.

3.2 You must provide an accurate and complete delivery address and contact details. Any additional shipping or re-delivery fees arising from incorrect information, no recipient available, or refusal to accept delivery shall be borne by you.

3.3 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your designated address, or upon handover to you or your authorised recipient.

4. Ready-to-Eat Products

4.1 All products sold by us are ready-to-eat and require no cooking before consumption.

4.2 Please inspect the packaging upon receipt and store the products in accordance with the storage instructions and best-before date printed on the packaging.

4.3 After opening, please consume promptly and store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate as appropriate to maintain freshness and food safety.

4.4 Desiccant & Oxygen Absorber Warning: Some product packaging contains desiccants (silica gel) or oxygen absorbers used to keep the product dry and extend shelf life. These items are NOT edible. Please remove and discard them immediately upon opening, and keep them out of reach of children and pets. If accidentally swallowed, stop consumption immediately and seek medical attention.

5. Notices for Nut Products

5.1 Foreign Matter Notice: Nuts are natural agricultural products. Despite our screening processes, small natural fragments — such as shell pieces, hard skin or fibrous material — may remain after harvesting, shelling, sorting and packaging. Please chew slowly and watch for hard fragments to avoid damage to teeth or oral injury.

5.2 Allergen Notice: Our products contain or may contain common allergens including tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy, gluten and dairy. As multiple types of nuts and ingredients are handled in the same facility, cross-contamination is possible. If you have any known allergy or sensitivity, please read product labels carefully before placing an order and assess whether the product is suitable for you. Consult a doctor if in doubt before consumption.

5.3 Children & Elderly Notice: Whole nuts pose a choking hazard and are not suitable for children under three years old. Parents are advised to keep nuts safely stored, and to supervise young children or elderly persons with reduced swallowing ability when consuming whole nuts.

5.4 We accept no liability for any discomfort or harm arising from your personal physical condition, allergic reaction, or failure to observe the notices above.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Once goods have been delivered, no refund, return or exchange will be accepted.

6.2 To safeguard food safety and hygiene, all ready-to-eat products sold by us are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

6.3 If, upon receipt, you find any of the following, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@zitong.asia together with your order number and clear photographs:

• Wrong item delivered (product does not match the order)
• Packaging visibly damaged on delivery rendering the product unfit for consumption
• Product already past its consumption date upon receipt

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at our discretion, subject to our written confirmation. Late reports or claims without sufficient evidence may be declined.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform an order in whole or in part due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, typhoon, earthquake, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, government orders, import/export or customs restrictions, port congestion, logistics disruption, raw material shortages, and power or telecommunications failure.

7.2 In such circumstances, we may suspend, postpone, partially fulfil, or cancel the affected orders, and will contact you to follow up as soon as practicable. If an order is cancelled, we will refund the relevant amount.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this online store — including text, images, trademarks, logos, product photographs and page design — is the intellectual property of our company or its licensors. No part may be reproduced, republished, modified or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

We respect your personal privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy Statement on this online store for details on how we handle your personal data.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on our online store and apply to all subsequent orders. Please review the latest version in force at the time of your order.
