How to Redeem

Simple and flexible — there's no minimum balance to start.

  • 150 points = HK$5 off your next order.
  • Redeem in multiples: 300 points = HK$10, 450 points = HK$15, and so on.
  • Open the Rewards panel — the 💎 Rewards button on any page — and tap Redeem. Your discount code can be applied at cart or checkout.

Refer a Friend

Share the freshness. Send your unique link to a friend and you both get something good.

  • Your friend gets 5% off their first NUTOLOGY order.
  • You get HK$20 in points (600 points) once their first order is completed.

Find your unique referral link inside the Rewards panel after signing in.

Good to Know

  • Points are credited once your order is fulfilled and the refund window has passed.
  • Points are earned on the merchandise subtotal, excluding shipping and taxes.
  • Rewards can be used on top of sale prices, but not combined with other discount codes.
  • Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Programme terms may be updated from time to time — the latest version always lives on this page.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The NUTOLOGY Rewards programme (the “Programme”) is operated by Zitong (Hong Kong) Limited, trading as EAT REAL NUTS – NUTOLOGY (“we”, “us”, “our”).
  2. Membership is free and open to customers with a NUTOLOGY account. You must be 18 years or above to join.
  3. Points are earned on the merchandise subtotal of an order, excluding taxes, shipping, and any discount value applied. The earn rate is 1 point per HK$1 spent.
  4. The 10-point profile-completion bonus is awarded once per customer upon completing their profile. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will not be eligible.
  5. Points are credited after the order has been fulfilled. Points associated with refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders will be deducted from your balance.
  6. Points may be redeemed in increments of 150 points (worth HK$5 each) toward eligible orders. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold.
  7. The referral reward of HK$20 in points (600 points) is credited to the referring member after the referred friend’s first order is completed and the refund window has passed. The referred friend’s 5% discount applies to their first NUTOLOGY order only and cannot be combined with other offers. The referrer must have completed at least one paid order before their referral link becomes eligible for rewards, and each referred friend may use the referral discount once only on their first eligible order.
  8. Rewards and discount codes cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated.
  9. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Programme, or any member’s participation in it, at any time and without prior notice — particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
  10. By participating in the Programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms & Conditions.
  11. We reserve the final right to interpret these Terms & Conditions and the operation of the Programme. In case of any dispute, our decision shall be final and binding.
