What’s the difference between salted and unsalted cashews?
Choose unsalted cashews for cooking, baking and cashew butter; pick lightly sea-salted cashews for snacking. We use sea salt only — no sugar, no MSG.
Why are there a few smaller pieces or some powder in the bag?
A small amount (around 3–5%) of smaller kernels and a little nut powder is completely normal for roasted cashews — roasting makes them crisper, so they break a little during packing and transport. It’s not a quality issue.
How should I store roasted cashews?
Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dark place or refrigerate to extend freshness. Each pack includes an oxygen and moisture absorber.
