About Our Products
1. Where are your nuts from?
We source premium nuts from Australian growers. All our products are roasted in Australia, then shipped to our Hong Kong warehouse for local delivery. Our parent company, Auslicious, has been a trusted nut wholesaler in Hong Kong since 2014.
2. How long do your nuts stay fresh?
Each pack includes an oxygen absorber and a moisture absorber to maintain peak freshness. Unopened packs have a shelf life of 12 months from the production date — please refer to the date on the back of each pack. Once opened, consume within 1 week for best flavour.
3. Do your nuts contain any preservatives or additives?
No. Our nuts are made with real ingredients only — nut kernels, and sea salt or canola oil where applicable. No preservatives, no MSG, no artificial flavouring, no sugar.
4. Are your nuts suitable for vegans?
Yes — all our nut products are 100% plant-based and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
5. Allergen information
Our products contain tree nuts. Products are packed in a facility that handles other tree nuts, peanuts, milk, soy and wheat — cross-contact is possible. If you have a severe allergy, please consult us before purchase.
Storage Guide
6. How should I store my nuts?
We recommend storing nuts in a cool, dry place below 15°C, away from direct sunlight and heat. Once opened, reseal leftovers in an airtight container or zip-lock bag, and keep them away from strong-smelling foods (spices, coffee, onions, etc.).
7. ❄️ Can I refrigerate my nuts?
We don’t recommend long-term refrigeration. When nuts are moved from cold to warm environments, moisture condenses on the surface, which may invite mould. If refrigeration is unavoidable, use an airtight container and let the nuts return to room temperature before opening.
8. 💧 Why do I sometimes see droplets or white frost on dried fruit?
Our dried fruit is free from added sugar and preservatives, and retains natural moisture. Small droplets or a light sugar frost are a natural result of fruit sugars responding to temperature changes — they do not affect quality or safety.
9. 📅 How long do unopened nuts last?
When stored under recommended conditions (below 15°C), unopened Nutology packs remain at their best up to the best-before date printed on the pack. We recommend rotating older stock to the front and checking regularly.
10. 🌬️ What should I do during Hong Kong’s hot season?
Hong Kong summers (mid-April to mid-October) are long and humid. We suggest:
- Not over-stocking during hot months
- Storing unopened packs in an air-conditioned or temperature-controlled space
- Checking regularly for any signs of rancidity or mould
Delivery & Orders
11. How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 4 pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the next working day. Standard delivery within Hong Kong takes 1–3 working days via SF Express / local courier.
12. Do you ship outside Hong Kong?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within Hong Kong only.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) via Shopify Payments. Bank transfer / FPS may also be available — please see the checkout page.
14. Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
15. What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@zitong.asia with your order number and clear photographs. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at our discretion. For full details, please refer to Section 6 of our Terms & Conditions.
