Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. We currently ship within Hong Kong only.

Processing time

·       Orders placed before 4 pm (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) are dispatched the next working day.

·       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time & fees

·       Free Local Delivery — orders HK$350 or above

·       Standard Local Delivery — HK$55 (orders below HK$350)

·       Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days within Hong Kong after dispatch.

Carrier

·       We use SF Express / local courier service. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Order changes & cancellations

·       Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Failed delivery

·       If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the parcel may be returned to us. A re-delivery fee will apply.

Food safety in transit

·       Every pack is sealed with oxygen and moisture absorbers to maintain freshness during shipping. Please store in a cool, dry place upon receipt.
