All of these are self-service — no need to email us. Changes apply to your next order as long as they’re made before your next billing date.
How to view or change your subscription
- Click Log in to manage my subscription above (or the account icon at the top of our site).
- Enter your email — we’ll send you a one-time login link.
- Open the Subscriptions section.
- Select your active subscription to pause, skip, edit quantity, change the next order date, or update your details.
How to cancel
- Log in and open Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to end.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not refund or stop an order that has already been charged — that one will still ship.
When to make changes (timing)
The date that matters is your next billing date, not the delivery date. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, make your change before that date.
- Your next billing/order date is shown on your subscription page when you log in.
- To be safe, cancel, skip, or pause at least 2–3 days before your next order date.
- If a charge has already gone through, that order ships as normal — changes only affect future orders.

Can I skip just one month instead of cancelling?
Yes — use Skip on your next order. Your subscription stays active and resumes the following month.
Will I keep my 5% discount?
Yes, the 5% saving applies to every recurring order for as long as your subscription is active.
What payment methods work for subscriptions?
Because subscriptions renew automatically, checkout accepts credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay) and Shop Pay — methods that can be securely saved for recurring billing.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes — update it under your subscription before the next billing date and it applies to the next order.
